1 cup vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp local raw honey or agave if vegan

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt if you’re feeling crazy


Combine & stir all ingredients (make sure chia seeds are are coated with milk)

Cover & refrigerate for at least two hours
