I am SO excited for Sunday (09/24/17) because Wanderlust 108 is coming to Tampa! Wanderlust 108 is pretty much my dream event; a running, yoga, and meditation triathlon. I know. I can’t. Here’s a little rundown of what I’m bringing with me to make sure that I can comfortably enjoy every second of this amazing experience.


Wanderlust 108 Packing Guide

The Essentials

  • Photo ID
  • Ticket
    • (PDF either printed or digital)
  • Credit card
    • Food, march, etc
  • Charged cellphone
    • Download the Wanderlust – Find Your True North app/event guide

1st Event: 5k Run


 Wear your running outfit to the venue:

  • Running shoes
  • Socks
  • Shorts
  • Sports bra
  • Top

Don’t forget any tech you like to run with:

  • Headphones
  • Armband
  • Watch

Keep cool & comfortable (the event is rain or shine):

  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Rain jacket
  • Snacks
    • You’ll also have the option to buy snacks there
  • Refillable water bottle
    • There will be places to refill at the venue

2nd Event: Yoga


Dry/non-sweaty yoga outfit to change into after the run

  • Flip flops
  • Yoga pants
  • Dry undies
  • Sports bra
  • Tank top
  • Hair ties/headband
  • Hairbrush
  • Face/body wipes

Yoga Mat

  • Yoga towel
  • Mat wipes

(Optional) I personally am also bringing:

  • A few business cards

  • Portable phone charger
  • Scarf (I’m always freezing)
