Developing an attitude of gratitude is the easiest way to catapult your happiness. One of the things that I’m most grateful for in my life is my collection of gratitude journals- referring back is the perfect reminder of the abundance this beautiful universe offers. These pages have an incredible power to lift my spirits in seconds.

Challenge: For the next 31 days, write down 3 things that you are grateful for.

1. Physically Write these 3 things down on paper

  • accountability & reinforcement
  • brain dump to clear your mind

2. Try to Stay Consistent with 3 things each day

  • instead of doing six entries on one day, to compensate for a missed day
  • doing so will help build this ritual into your routine
  • if you skip a day, don’t beat yourself up about it, just get back on track 😉

3. At the end of the month, take a few minutes to reflect

  • did you make it all 31 days? if you skipped a day, did you write six entries the following day?
  • is there a certain time that you set aside for this activity? do you enjoy starting your day off on the right foot with an attitude of gratitude, or find it more helpful to reflect before drifting off to sleep?
