I LOVE having this chia seed pudding on hand (in my fridge) at all times of the day (okay and sometimes night). It is super quick to whip up, as you will see below. This seemingly small snack packs a serious punch when it comes to nutritional value.

chia seed pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp local raw honey or agave if vegan

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt if you’re feeling crazy

Directions:

Combine & stir all ingredients (make sure seeds are are coated with milk)

Cover & refrigerate for at least two hours

Stir before eating #nomnomnom
